About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Financial Advisors to understand client needs, discuss suitable financial products and build long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client needs and discuss appropriate financial solutions.
- Promote relevant Mutual Funds, Equity, Health and Life Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Corporate Fixed Deposits and PMS/AIF where applicable.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Complete KYC and other required documentation accurately.
- Follow company procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Follow up on investments, renewals and service requests.
- Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports.
- Attend product and sales training and work toward monthly business targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Banking, insurance, mutual fund, financial services or sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, customer service and basic computer skills.
